I am about to leave the city and go back into the mountains. We received our first snow this morning and it hasn't stopped yet. I am really getting excited about doing some snow backpacking very soon. I think I will go camp near the Portage Glacier again until I decide exactly where I will go backpacking. I am planning on somewhere around Cooper Landing - maybe the Devil's Pass Trail and take that to the Resurrection Trail. There are many trails to go on, and no one else around - I love it!
